• GINGER - Vanilla-scented, spicy and fresh

    Ingrédients

    For 1 glass :

    - 50 ml “La Grappe de Montpellier” vodka
    - 7/8 mint leaves
    - 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
    - 20 ml fresh lemon juice
    - 120 ml ginger beer

    Decorate : 1 sprig of mint to decorate

    1. Place the mint leaves in the serving glass.
    2. Add the vanilla sugar.
    3. Crush the leaves, using a pestle.
    4. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
    5. Pour in the vodka, the lemon juice and the ginger beer.
    6. Decorate with the sprig of mint and taste!

  • FRAGOLA - Sweet, fruity, fresh notes

    Ingrédients

    For 1 glass :

    - 40 ml “La Grappe de Montpellier” vodka
    - 2 ripe strawberries
    - 1 piece of cucumber, about 4 cm long
    - 20 ml fresh lemon juice
    - 15 ml muscat
    - 15 ml cane sugar syrup
    - 10 ml egg-white (optional)

    Deocrate : 1 fine slice of cucumber

    1. Fill the large shaker can with ice-cubes.
    2. In the second can, place the strawberries, cut into 4, and the piece of cucumber cut into quarters (leave the skin on).
    3. Crush with a pestle.
    4. Pour in the vodka, the fresh lemon juice, the muscat, the cane sugar syrup and the egg-white.
