• VENICE - Aromatic, fresh, fruity

    Ingrédients

    For 1 glass :

    - 50 ml “La Grappe de Montpellier” gin
    - 7/8 basil leaves
    - 15 ml vine peach liqueur
    - 20 ml fresh lemon juice
    - 10 ml cane sugar syrup

    Decorate : 1 basil leaf

    1. Fill the large shaker can with ice-cubes.
    2. Place all the ingredients in the second can.
    3. Close the shaker and shake briskly for about ten seconds.
    4. Filter the content of the shaker over a glass filled with ice-cubes, using a fine sieve to filter the basil sprigs.
    5. Decorate with a basil leaf and taste!

  • ROUSSILLON - woody, refreshing

    Ingrédients

    For 1 glass

    - 50 ml “La Grappe de Montpellier” aged gin
    - 10 ml apricot liqueur
    - 20 ml Suze
    - 60 ml sparkling water

    Decorate : 1 green olive

    1. Fill the serving glass with ice-cubes.
    2. Pour in all the ingredients.
    3. Decorate with a perfect green olive and taste!

  • SCARLET - Intense, fragrant, notes of anise

    Ingrédients

    For 1 glass :

    - 30 ml “La Grappe de Montpellier” gin
    - 15 ml Figanis
    - 10 ml lychee liqueur
    - 15 ml fresh lemon juice
    - 30 ml pomegranate juice
    - 10 ml egg-white (optional)

    Decorate : 1 star anise

    1. Fill the large shaker can with ice-cubes.
    2. Place all the ingredients in the second can.
    3.Close the shaker and shake briskly for about ten seconds.
    4.Filter the contents of the shaker over a serving glass.
    5. Decorate with a star anise and taste!
